Default 1916 Luger rework

I am a bit new to Luger collecting and had a question for the "experts". My 1916 artillery Luger has an animal symbol with the date 1920 on the grip strap. This Luger appears to be an early rework and is in excellent condition 97-98% with just a little wear on the straw of the take down latch. Which parts were reworked? All the numbers match (no matching mag) except there is no number on the pin that releases the toggle/bolt from the frame, does this detract from its value?

Thanks for your help.
