Can anyone recommend someone to rebore a Mauser bore? I don't know if they can be sleeved/bore to original .30/7.63 or if one has to go to 9mm. Mine 'keyholes' rounds, but is a nice gun to shoot. Long, long, long ago, I sold a nice pristine Mauser I had 'cause.........being young.......I wanted something 'modern'. I'm sure noone else has done something silly like this. You wouldn't believe what I sold it for, either!

Google Redman's Relining services....he specializes in relining Broomhandles to .30, and has a good reputation

I have used the Broom Closet in Florida, and they seem like the best guys for that work. I'm thinking that Redmans will not do brooms, but could be wrong.

I have also used the Broom Closet in Florida. Reasonable price and quick. He's kinda hard to find on the internet. But, this is the phone number 904-964-5053.
Also give Luger Doc a call, he is a very good resource on BroomHandles. BTW, I had mine relined to 7.63/30 Mauser, and I'm glad I did. Peter |

I had Redman's rebore a Broomhandle from 30 to 9mm and they did an excellent job.
