I saw this Bolo Broomhandle listing on Guns America Item # 974743604. It appears to me to have been sand or bead blasted. What are your thoughts?

Being basically lazy, and also knowing that my time is valuable (to myself), I can tell you that a lot of people on this Forum aren't going to look up this pistol without a working link...

I don't think it's bead blasted. If it had been, the serial numbers and markings would be clean. They still have residue (crud) in them. It has been sanded and/or polished. $550 for a beat up Bolo is a bit high. IMO it's at most a $300 (maybe) gun.
