Just received my Luger, a modified 1937 S/42 shooter, from Thor's Magic Works, and it is fantastic. Looks like a new gun, probably even better.
Will be posting pictures in the Owner's Corner next week. Great job, Ted ! ! ! |

I figured it out: he lives in New Mexico, where, I believe an "interesting" event occured in 1947? Admit it Ted - YOU HAVE THE ROSWELL ALIENS WORKING IN YOUR BASEMENT.

Thanks Luke! It was my pleasure, that Luger shot real good too! The milled surface on the barrel was a greatier depth than even what I have seen before on some P.38 barrels. I was glad to get those deep lathe rings off and make the barrel look right! I am having fun finishing Bob Stanley's 1906 American Eagle right now and Don Leverty's Artillery will be completed once I get the grip/bottom situation straightened out! I have some grips coming from the grip guru Hugh Clark, next week so that should be fairly soon and Steve's gun is next. I am enjoying my new job. ~Thor~
