I have no trouble uploading on the P.38 forum, and I have previously posted pics here...Can someone please tell me Y it's not working (I know, your probably thinking....he should stay at the P.38 forum then!! But....I really like Lugers, so,??

Well it's pretty hard to say "Y" when we know nothing else. It could be one of many reasons, how did you attempt to post the pictures?? Try this:

go to photobucket, upload the images and then copy the "dirfect link, or URL" then come here, make a new post and hit the "img" button. Then paste the link there and hit enter. I am no expert, but that works good for me.
