I am looking for clear, high-resolution closeups of a PT and a PTV barrel stamping from the Berlin Police Armory that I may use in my book on police markings. Credit will be given for the photos. Any help will be appreciated.

This is the only one I have with me Don.
This sn 2139, and if you want exclusive rights to this pistol, I won't use it in any other book, and its one that I will not get rid of, as I got it from Bill Munis. I can take better pictures of the marking, if I did not take them last month... ![]() It is also eagle 33 marked; ![]() ed |

Ed, this would be perfect if it were sharper. I'm not looking for exclusive rights -- I plan to show only one PT and one PTV stamping as examples of the marking from the Polizeischule f¼r Technik und Verkehr. I don't even plan to identify the pistols with the stamps.
I am also in the market for a similar photo of a PTV stamping. One I thought I had fell through.

You can use this as a placeholder (if you want) and I will take better pictures in high resolution, next time I am home. I don't think I have more than one luger with a PTV / PT stamping.

Give me a couple of days and I will send you some. Same Luger also has a couple of E/6 stamps and is the same one that is marked to the Trier district.
