Hello from UK
DWM Luger P â??08 S/No 1292 Date 1915. Standard P â??08 Service Pistol with 4 inch barrel, and ALL matching numbers, checkered wooded grips c/w holster - sorry, but due to tech problems can't load photos onto this site. Currently held by a Section 5 Dealer in the UK as part of my Heritage Pistol Collection of WW1 Service Pistols Section 7.3. n.b. The story goes that this pistol was acquired in WW1 by a wealthy gentleman/army officer (I now own his Fosbery) and has been in the family since and supposedly has seen very little use since WWII. I've already got a 1917 P '08 and don't want two almost identical 9mm pistols in my Heritage Pistol Collection. Would anyone in the USA like to put a value on this piece if legally imported to the USA? Thank you DCCUK |

Still Functional...and beautiful....
BTW - I don't have anything to do with "De-Acts" As I have already stated: Currently held by a Section 5 Dealer in the UK as part of my Heritage Pistol Collection of WW1 Service Pistols Section 7.3. FA Act, 1997, Sect 5: = Prohibited Weapons - maybe tac will explain - he can type quicker than me... In the mean time it has been suggested I should keep the 1915 and sell/swop my DMW 1917 as that does not have the holster. I would like a Swiss 30 cal. as a shooter so it doesn't have to be "minty". DCCUK,
I see 1915 DWM guns go for around $900-1100 at shows on the East coast. Tom A. |

Thanks Tom A
You guys have all the luck...900-1100 for a 1915 .... we pay UKP Sterling what you pay in USD$. So much so, I'm seriously thinking abaout selling up here in the UK and moving across the Pond so other than my Fosbery and maybe one or two other older pieces I think I'll sell 'em all.. DCCUK |
