I have 3 knives
One is the black one, which I think would be a general issue one The other is a fancy one with a "needle" type blade, with all kinds of accessories and attention to detail The other (i was told) is a bayonet, it has a eagles head as the handle and you can press in the eagles eye to disengage this metal piece that looks like it would mount onto something |

Jon,
The middle bayonet appears to be a police bayonet. Are there any unit marks? |

Top is a Luftwaffe Dagger
Middle is a Police Dress Bayonet. As Steve indicated, it might be unit marked on the rear of the guard and the scabbard. Bottum is an RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) Dagger. |

middle one is a Rural police bayonet, worn while on duty. You might find holes on one side, that would denote that it was originally from the weimar period, and carried through the nazi era.
I too collect police items, so natrually interested in this. Ed |
