Default Artillery Luger Holster ID

I have been trying to read the makers nameon the inside flap of my holster. The holster is in fairly rough shape and at first I did not even think there was any writing there at all.

The little that I can make out- in a semi-circle '???NKEL D'ORVILL' and underneath that 'OFFENBACH aM' (written in a straight line) and then finally what looks like '1915' although it could be 1916, it is hard to read the final number. That is about all I can make out, the baking soda trick didn't help too much but dampening it very slightly did make it a little easier to read using my loupe. I would post pics but they really would be of no use, the writing is too indistinct.

Does anyone have any further insights as to who made this?

Hello Fray and to all people
The maker is: "Hinkel und d'orville"
The city is "Offenbach am Main"
It was a little local maker.
Best
