not quite sure of what you require by way of the info, as you stated it is a conversion kit for the po8 and your dating is correct,late 30's however if police procured it will have police acceptance marking on toggle conversion, manufacture is Erma Werke.

Looks good to me at first glance. This is the early style box with cleaning set. They were replaced by the smaller boxes and the cleaning set was removed from the package, being replaced by seperate cleaning kits for multiple guns. It's not a postwar Erma set, that's for sure. Original commercial sales price was 22.50 Reichsmark for the version with a fixed sight and 24.50 RM for one with an adjustable one.
