Default Genuine or fake ?

On e-bay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...526667490&rd=1

This seems to me to be a beaten up modern repro holster; am I being unfair ?

I know nothing about holsters, and even after reading through the forum doubt my ability to spot a fake ! So this is a practice run for me

The big give away as far as I can tell is the stitching holding the lifting strap abuts the belt loop and the button on the takedown tool pouch seems to new.

Stu,
Looks like the real deal to me. The stitching is very difficult to reproduce in an assembly line method. It's usually the give away. The stitching on this one looks genuine.

Hi Stu,

The photo quality is real bad and out of focus...but my guess is this one might be legit...I would certainly ask for more, better photos before bidding.

The stud on the flap of the TD tool pouch may have just been cleaned up/polished. The stitching of the lift strap next to one of the belt loops is where it should be.

Regards,

Pete...

Just a crappy condition garden variety piece. Might be worth $75 for parts to send to Jerry B.
