C&R eligible???

Would a WWII Mauser P38 (byf 44) be C&R eligible? Much appreciated.

From the ATF website, Firearms Curios and Relics list:

"Walther, pistols, mfd. at Zel1a-Mehlis prior to 1946, all models, any caliber."
