Am I nuts? $600 arty holster?
an Artillery holster just sold for $585.00 plus shipping from Great Britain on eBay. The back of it had big initials scratched into it and I never got to see inside. Otherwise it looked pretty good. Am I out of touch or are people willing to pay these type of prices on a regular basis? Maybe they forgot the bid was in Pounds...Help me out here guys, what do you think? Jerry Burney

Jerry, I think the "forgot it was pounds" was a major draw, but Lord, who knows...
I wouldn't pay that much, unless it was the one I needed, or was a unit marked one that I needed. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" /> Ed

I sold a stone mint arty at SOS for $600, but that sucker had never had a pistol in it. It was II Bavarian Corps marked.
Holsters are doing far, far better than the stockmarket. I wish I could roll over my 401 (k) into Lugers and leather! Tom A. |
