WW2 Belt Buckles
good evening , no its not snowing yet in new york ,but the storm is coming .
can one( or more ) of the fine ladies and gentleman tell me the value of WW2 german belt buckles , i see them at all the gun shows . can someone give me an idea of there value so i donot get over charged. at the last gun show in middletown,ny. Sir, recommend you check out ebay, I use them to find out what what overall values are. You most likely won't find a bargain there, but it does show what the market will bear. Good luck

The price varies according to the condition as you are aware. But the average price I have paid for BELT & BUCKLE in VG/Exc cond. is as follows: Wehrmacht - $125-150 (Buckle alone $50-75) Luftwaffe - $100-125 (Buckle alone $50-75 SS - $350 (Buckle alone $250-300) The price may vary in different parts of the country and with dealers. The Wehrmact and Luftwaffe are common and easy to find. The SS of course, demands a premium and many dealers try to take advantage of unsuspecting collectors. Another thing to be VERY careful on the SS buckles are REPRODUCTIONS! Some of these are very good and hard to tell from an original. Hope this helps a little. Marvin |
