Luger 45 ACP Project
Happy to report that 45 Luger project is near completion, We are still working on dies for stamping the magazine, but the gun was tested with one of Mike Krause ‘s magazines.
I’d like to see harder lips and magazine body, as I can only reliably load 3-4 rounds in Mikes magazine, and lips started moving on me. I ordered 1095 spring steel to use in making our magazine so it can be hardened. Showed the gun off at the Allentown PA show past weekend, Ed T. can be a witness to that, he was there too. Sold 9 out of first batch of 12 guns already, visit the site for more info and pictures

LMI Logo stands for Luger Man Inc if anyone questions that.
Also toggle checkering is not finished, it will be like original , when we are done with it.

Probably the softest shooting handgun in 45ACP, And probably 10mm will shoot just as soft out of it.

All parts are different sizes,
Only extractors and ejectors can be reused from P08, But ALL parts are made new from scratch

I'm still curious why the rear of the frame is cut for the lanyard clearance, but I see no lanyard loop.
Do you plan to add the loop in production pieces?

Loop
Yes the loop will be added,
not a top priority as mags come first, But will do the loop for sure

Beautiful work. A baby in .45ACP would be an impressive pistol to behold at the range!
