I ordered a wood bottomed magazine from GT last year and it just arrived. It struck me when I opened it that this is what it might have looked like to a German officer opening his new Luger and magazines for the first time. Beautiful work.

I can't speak to GT's intent, but it does serve that purpose while still numbering it to my Luger (which is a shooter but matching). On a genuine magazine I would also expect to find the manufacture group letter and a Waffen Amt with the serial number, but I'll admit my knowledge of Luger magazine markings is limited.

Very nice mag. That GT does some real professional work. It not only looks good, but they work excellent also.

Absolutely beautiful. My first experiance with G.T.'s work was when he returned two of my mags that I sent to him, not knowing if anything could be done, one with a cracked wood base, a few small dents and a weak spring the other with a serious dent, a chipped base and again, a weak spring. When I got them back and after carefully looking them over my first thought was "darn, I sent him the wrong ones" because I couldn't find any sign of them every having been damaged or repaired. Truely a Master Craftsman.
