Holster used for Luger?

Can anyone please id this holster?
Can it be used for Luger " the tool pocket"?

It looks like a late or post war P-38 or Browning High Power holster adapted by the East Germans for Luger carry.

This is a post war holster for the P38 and or luger. These were made for the VOPO . Most are marked inside but hard to read. Made in the City of Bautzen. Bill
