First I'm trying to identify for sure that this holster is indeed a Kreigsmarine (Naval) holster!!
1939 Luger Holster. Black leather made by Carl Ackva. Leather draw strap as well as the tool pouch on the inside of hood. Magazine pouch in tack. German insignia on the back. Tool is also there! Great shape!! Only thing that i can see is the tool pouch cover is a bit loose. Still attached but loose. Looking to confirm ID and what you think it's worth? And I'm a new guy so hi all!!! ![]() ![]()

Stephen, Looks all there & original. It would be worth more except you have stuck a P-38 mag in the Luger magazine pouch and stretched it out.

Stephan, Yes, It appears to be a legitimate 1939 Navy with the Eagle M in the right place and it looks good to me.
It's hard to place any kind of accurate estimate of value on this holster. It could run $400... could go as high as $6-700 but that is way on the high end. It all depends on how fast you want to sell it. At 400 it would sell immediately but at 700 you might have it for some time before you find such a well heeled buyer that needs or wants such a holster. It's in good condition from what I see although sophisticated collectors who pay big bucks have a bad habit of looking carefully at mag pouches and won't touch one that has had a P-38 mag bulge it out. Good news is the P-38 mag is worth 85 bucks or so? Hope this helps! Jerry Burney
