Mystery Holster

Can anyone identify this holster? I purchased it with my S42 Luger, but I cannot find any info on it. It looks like it was originally brown and has no provision for a spare magazine or tool. It is stamped with a #1 on the muzzle end with no other markings. On the back is hand written"Zinger 189144"
