Mauser Parabellum C&R?
Guys,
Are these guns eligible? I seem to recall they are. .... If so, does anyone know where they are listed as such by the BATFE? I have a dealer who is selling one cheap but needs proof it is C&R before he ships it to me. I can't buy it otherwise in Massachusetts since it is not on the approved "list" of guns dealers can sell .... way too dangerous for civilians to own ..... Thanks, Mark |

Yes, the swiss frame version is on the C&R list. The P08 frame version is not.

My pleasure, even if it is dangerous to own.
