This outfit had a repro Navy stock listed for $ 199 last week. You might call them to see if they have any others left :

This one might be a repro...maybe email the seller and see if they will part out the stock separate from the luger :

I have heard from Navy guys the disk should be steel not brass, bronze, copper...
