One a 1940 42 with wood grip panels The other A "Black Widow" In both cases the grips: Fit Flat No cracks or chips Screws go down correctly They are just "loose" They slide back and forth at the top What is the secret to making them sit still Gromets Washers Vasaline Give me a hint
