This Artillery rig is not what it appears. Yes, it is being offered out of Germany but it was not made there.

John, I would think some of the people bidding would know better but I guess not.
This is an example of people letting repro holsters get wet enough to get mouldy and selling them as originals . He says the stock looks like new...I wonder why? Sad but true....Jerry Burney

I'd say that it was one of those Pakistani goat hide jobs from the late '70s. They have a *really* foul smell about them....

Now that i got an arty and a snail mag.my next quest would be a holster what would be a fair price for a good condition ww1 rig?

Henri, almost as much as a artillery. Do a search on e-bay for completed items and you can see how much rigs go for there.

Then, put a WTB here on this forum.
