Post An anonymous prayer request

For those of you, who like me, have faith in the power of prayer... I have received a request for prayer for the wife of a prominent figure in the shooting industry who has been diagnosed as having terminal brain cancer and the prognosis is two weeks to two months to live...

Certainly not the kind of news any of us would like to receive...

The forum member who submitted this prayer request was asked by her family not to make her name public, but God knows who she is, and what her plight is...

If you can find time in your day when you get on your knees to be thankful for what we each have, I ask that you remember this lady and her family in your prayers...

The prayers of my friends have brought miraculous results in my own life in the last few years as my daughter has battled with cancer... I know that those who believe, can make a difference in the life of this unfortunate woman and her family...

Thanks for your indulgence while reading this... and for those who will accept this unnamed prayer request, and act on it... Thanks even more.

James 5:16 Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

I believe... and I pray to the Almighty God in Christ's name. I will pray for this woman and her family. Thanks for sharing this with us John.

James 5:14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. NKJ

John, Nice of you to pass on this request...Like you say, God knows who we will be praying for. Also consider those she will be leaving and their loss. Jerry Burney
