G date spotted at gunshow

Looked at a G date S/42 this past weekend that was matching except for mag. They were asking $550.00 --was this reasonable?? Finish was about 75%-Thanks for any input I may be able to see this one again.

I admit to being a novice Luger collector--How do I tell if it is a VOPO?
