New to Lugers....were the bakelite magazines numbered to correspond to a certain Luger? I see FXO with a dirty bird underneath and a 37 underneath that. Gun is 1818# thank you!

Hi Luke,
Most magazines with the bakelite bases were un-numbered with the exception of those for Ku Lugers. The Ku Lugers can be identified by the letters Ku preceding the serial number. Norm |

The unnumbered black bakelite base FXO magazines are considered "matching" for a 42 byf.
