Default wax nostalgic

The last 16 years on the forum have passed in a flash, it seems like every so often, with increasing regularity, a forum member friend will pass on, and as in all through our life, losses have to be measured against what was loved, learned and shared with those we care about... It is very sobering to me, as not too long ago, my family and I, suffered through several catastrophic events that had me up against the wall, with little hope of any help of any type. Then, members of the Luger forum stepped in and helped me to a degree that was both unexpected and meaningful. In other words, the forum had my back, more so then any other group of family or friends. I tear up just thinking about it... So, every time a senior forum member passes, it truly clutches my heart with an icy grip as I know the type of person they were, and the legacy they leave, is all too rare now a days, and, irreplaceable in my mind.
So, with the holidays approaching, and the hustle and bustle of the season, I wanted to make sure every member knows, how deeply I appreciate, and how grateful I am to all the members of this forum. Thanks to John D. Jerry Burney, and all of my extended Luger forum family! I try to live my religion every day, and humbly wish the best for all! til….lat'r….GT...

Very well said GT. You and I have had a couple bonds over the years. I have never met you but I consider you a good and close friend. Bill

GT, you are one of the finest examples of a "gentleman" I've ever encountered online or IRL (In Real Life). Goddess Bless you, Sir!
