When Hirohito died, I was standing watches in the Pentagon's Alert Center, on the Asia Desk on MikeP's team 5. The joke was that we should have a memorial fly by with a formation of B-29's. I think we were the only two who thought it was a good order. If he had a star, he could have been over in the Command Center and as DDO instead of DDI ordered it.
