Default Hanger ID?

Here's another hanger of some type. Not sure what it's for. No markings on it at all.
Any ideas?

Matt

Walking out enlisted man's SS/NSKK dagger hanger if it is black. If brown, SA enlisted man's dagger hanger for walking out wear. They had a more complicated marching em dagger hanger too.
