Default Annealing steel??

Hello to all, I have been making some pins out of 1018 wire and as most are aware of, wire is somewhat harder then cold rolled steel rod because... pulling it thru a die work hardens it.. or so I'm told.. ... Anyway, I need a members help (must have a kiln or adaquate oven) to batch anneal them properly to dead soft! If anyone out there can help, I would sure appreciate it.. It's not tuff to do.. ...just need the right equipment and a bit of skill... anyway, let me know if anyones game... Best to all, til....lat'r...GT
