Tried to search briefly for this answer, but couldn't find it.
Basically I bought recently a 1914 all matching DWM in very good condition, and it does have "barrel frosting" I am aware of what this is... but should I clean my Luger's barrel with a brass bristle plunger? or just use gun cleaning solution + a cotton/fabric plunger instead? My fear is I would tear away at the barrel lining with another metal (brass plunger) and don't have much insight on how to properly clean a gun barrel, let alone a 100 year old one, thanks for the replies in advance! |
