Does this cleaning rod look correct?

I have a 1934 marine K date and have been looking for a correct cleaning rod. Dies this one on Gunbroker pass the sniff test? I have check Still's books and am not sure the look is right. Any opinions would be appreciated.

The rod is correct, no question, but it is correct for a 1934 Navy?
I think that at this time, correct since about mid 1920, the Army and the Navy used only the small loop cleaning rods. In most cases a large loop rod will not fit in the rod holder of the Navy or Army holsters of these years. With one exception all my holsters with the rod holder are showing traces of the small loop rod.
It would be nice to read your thoughts about it.

I think it was sent to Finland in the 1920th.
These rods are hard to find and I think it is the money worth.
Large loop rods were used with the commercial holsters 1906 and 1910. One large loop rod came with 6 Lugers during the Imperial time. I think that all of these have had a brass tip, those which came later than 1910 have had an acceptance stamp.
I think that the small loop rods were introduced during the 1920th and that those with brass tip were issued to Swedish Lugers.
During the last 25 years I found plenty of the small loop rods without the brass tip here in Germany. During the last years they are not often seen. The large loop rods with the brass tip are hard to find. I never found a large loop rod without the brass tip in Germany. I got my without the tip all in Finland.

I think these came back with the Portuguese M943 lugers. Purchased a set last year that indeed had a small loop cleaning rod without brass tip.
