Default New Member Holster Marking Identified

I am a new member requesting help with identifying my Luger holster. It has two marks, one inside on the top flap and one between the belt loops on the back. Please see pictures. Any comments, good or bad, will be appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your input. Art

Ed,
Thank you for your reply on both forums. I have been trying to change my user name to that on the forum and to be honest I have gotten confused with the 3-Luger forums, that is my mistake. I am still trying to learn. I am sorry for duplicity and hope no one is seriously offended. Thanks for the information so far. Art.

Art, no offense taken and none meant. There are some folks who post here and don't post there and vice versa, so many of us post same thing on both forums.

Also, many folks ONLY read that one part of the forum, i.e. 3rd reich, trader board, etc.

I just meant that I can change your user name instead of it being your email address and can do so on both forums, I have admin rights both places.

Ed

email me if you'd like it changed, ed_tinker@hotmail.com

BTW, what is the 3rd forum?

The german part of the collector boards (paralllex, no that doesn't sound right?)

Ed, I just put another reply on the other forum regarding this holster and the Luger I have for it. Both the Luger and the holster are here under two different threads. I am/will work out this confusion. Art.

Art, The Naval acceptance marking on the rear of you holster appears spurious to me. Originals usually also have the maker & city in that location. TH

The stitching on the closure strap seems odd as well. Could a better photo of this particular area be provided?

Good evening forum members. Thank you for your comments. Attached is an additional photo of the strap stitching. Hope it did not distort too much. Art.
