Default general value help.

I am looking at a byf 41 luger. it is all matching with about 85% original finish with a bakalite mag fxo in 99% condtion. What is the value of this gun. Nothing I will try to hold anyone to, just need a general idea. I am looking at around 1500, it this a good fair price or a bit high or low? I don't have photos its at a gun shop. Thanks.

Assuming all matching, I think it's priced high by about $300-$400 considering finish condition.

The toggle pin is off by one so not matching and the mag is a black bottom after market mag. I was told it was FXO but a closer look and its not, its the black plastic mag you see for 25$ at gun shows. Does one part that is off by one number 36 instead of 37 make it mismatched? I also have heard people say it was a run that just got a part mixed up, is that possible?

I would say that being off by one number makes it mismatched. At least if I were buying. Maybe not if I were selling.
I'm going out on a limb but it is sounding like a less than $1000 gun in today's market.

85% finish with non matching parts and non-original magazine is a lower grade shooter. Perhaps $700...
