I think this pistol was put for discussion a while back on Jan Still's forum.
The conclusion, if I'm not mistaken, is that the police eagle is highly suspicious.
But I might be wrong, as I'm writing from memory.

yes, this was on Jan's forum; I have never seen a Simson pocket that was police marked...
