A Borchardt is one of the few pistols I would actually 'collect'. If only I could afford one...

...and if chickens had claws, they'd be vultures...

Interesting folklore. Actually, no need to drag Kaiser into the picture which inversely make it less logical. Kaiser was not Loewe's sales manager.

Quite a few Borchardts survived in cases.....

I noticed gunsinternational.com occasionally having good stuffs.

Saw a Mauser HSc on GI yesterday. Nazi marked, coming with two magazines, and a unmarked holster. Asking $700+. Many HSc are in original excellent shape, probably asking a little bit lower, but this one was the best of the best that I've seen so far.

A few hours later, I went back trying to save its pictures.... It's already sold. Pix were gone.
