Complete case of 9mm luger ammo

This is interesting, not something you see everyday (well, I do). This isn't my auction, but its only the 2nd case of ammo like this I have seen. I bought one (sealed) from a friend a year or two ago, was surprised to see this one.

There was a complete case on Gunbroker a while back. It went for around 300 if I remember correctly.

This one on ebay looks to be sealed, but the shipping is only 5.75. Whats with that I wonder?
