New LugerForum user my refinished 08

Hello

I want to show my refinishing work.

Luger08 vorher nachher v2.jpg

I want to use this 08 for sport-shooting.
So the finish ist not like the original.

The numbers on the gun are the same, but the frame have a ,,X''-stamp.
The ,,X'' stands for a date which is not the same as the barrel.

Looks nice from here, but please take closer photos, to show detail better.

From this distance, you did better than Gale Morgan

.... is it a TU or a TR ? (touch-up vs total reblue)

so upper pix are "before", lowers are "after"?
