Need Help Identifying Belt Pouch

I suspect this item is in no way related to Parabellums.
I'm just hoping that someone on the forum may have seen this item before. In case the stampings on the front of the pouch are not clear, they read "cqr 42".

I would greatly appreciate any assistance that can be provided in identifying it. Feel free to indicate other site forums that may be able to assist in the identification.
