How easy is it to find a byf 42 Luger? I'm looking at purchasing one at the end of next summer and was just wondering how available they are on the market.

They are out there, so don't feel rushed into buying the first one that comes along. Get Third Reich Lugers by Jan Still and read through out the forum.

Ed is right, take your time and get what your after. Simpson LTD currently has 10 of them starting about $2K. but if your budget hunting you can catch them in the $1.5K range or below on auction.
I have been watching these closely for awhile, mostly for the Portuguese variation but the trend is the same, at least for a few more months you should be able to get one at a reasonable price. Good Luck Vern |
