Default Luger I shot today

This is a WWI Erfurt rework! I only managed to shoot a 2.5" group at 20 yds but it was almost to dark to shoot. I am going to return and get a better zero and hopefully post a test target tomorrow! I have the original set of grips coming from Hugh, then I will stain the unstained bottom in the picture for a color match attempt. Sound be firing Don's Artillery shooter in a few days too! Similar work, match the bottoms to the grips! Thor~~

Default Hmmm.....

Accuracy should probably improve when you take the stick out of the barrel (look at the photo to see what I mean) ...

Just for anyone who sees that picture..from my experience, when you are holding that pistol in your hands, close up, in bright light, it looks way better than the picture. Beautiful work, as always.

Okay, I wasn't going to say it, but you've made me,

In the army I knew some guys that used a high utility specification pointing and writing device (a pen) to facilitate their targeting scores...

In other words, they kept missing their target and poked holes in it.

heh, heh and no, I don't believe that this stick is used for that purpose, but if you are 3 feet away like I am, then you can use a stick for such nefarious purposes.

big words, no?

This almost sounds like a challenge for a target shooting session. I will use Bill's American Eagle Luger and you Ed can use any Luger you want! 50yds sound good? ~Thor~

That sounds good, can I use a M-60 Luger?

Its one of the "Lugers" I was good with in the army, I mean lets be fair here, with Thors arm and hammer by his side, I need all the help I can get!

Actually, a shot or two would be fun, but lets do Vodka instead...
