SARCO Lugers For Sale

According to their advert in the Oct. 8 "Shotgun News"--THE LUGERS ARE COMING!! (repeated three times, their emphasis). Does anyone know what they are going to offer; sources, rework details, etc? BTW: The same ad offers "WWII German P38 Pistols" f/s for $395; claiming they "are in mint condition". Has anyone bought one and can offer any info?

According to the P.38 message board, the ad is incorrect in that these guns are in fact post-war.

These guns are not only post war they use a light alloy frame as they were west german police issue. The design is the same and are well accessorized with 2 mags and a holster. for 400 bucks you cant go wrong!

You can get the same thing from AIM for 295 but without the cleaning kit.

I just returned one of this grade to AIM, as it had been completely refinished and had a late rubberized canvas P1 military holster.
