Can anyone identify this holster?
It came with its brass cleaning rod which has a T bar swivel top which can be indentified in the photo. The holster came with a very nice (early style DWM 7.65mm) Luger which fits perfectly in to the holster so does the magazine into the magazine comparment on the side. The inner holster flap lid does not have a compartment inside for a stripping/take-down tool. There are no visible manufacturers markings embossed into the leather anywhere on the holster inside or out. The belt loops to the rear are not sewn but secured by nickel rivets and so is the flap tongue on the front of the holster which fastens over a brass nipple. The magazine compartment has a flap which passes through a leather loop which can be seen in the photograph. And the pistol compartment does have the traditional lift up strap found on most conventional Luger Holsters. The pistol (not illustrated) and holster came from a renowned collector in Finland. |
