Default One of the good guys

I bought a couple of pistols from super chief Ed Tinker this week. It will come as no surprise to those who are familiar with him to know it was a pleasure to do biz with him and things went just as planned. The guns were exactly as described.

If you buy from Ed, do it with confidence.

Geeze...I hate to jump on this bandwagon. It will only make Ed's head swell bigger than it is already. BUT..You are right. Ed is easy to get along with off the Forum, and will deffinately treat you right. Jerry Burney

I had to twist Ed's arm a couple of years back to buy my really nice 1920's commercial luger that was policed modified and unit marked. I only wanted $ 850 for it and Ed wanted to pay more...he is a great guy to work with when he is the buyer as well...

I won the argument and he got it for my asking price.

Gee....if he is such a good guy, he won't mind waiting a little longer for his money, I took a p38 from him a few weeks back while visiting him....

so, I came here thinking I was going to read about a "good" guy. Rod didn't say, but the nimbie nambu is beat to ^&%$(

I almost sent him $50 back because I felt guilty, but now I am traveling and can't "afford" it. Seriously, Rod if it keeps acting up, send it back (might be 6 months before I am home on a regular basis, but...)

Pete, I told you I owe you dinner for that little sweetie you "gave" me...

Howard, you know eventually I'll see you again

Ron who?

Ed

PS: Jerry I'll meet you when I can get back to the state I'm sitting in Des Moinse (sp) and driving again in the morning.

Literally drove through Lincoln today, sorry Lincoln guys, I didn't even know I was passing through!

funny thing, I took a break, stopped at that large antique gallery on the edge of town, saw a "ok" p38 holster, they wanted $290 for it! Seemed high to me?
