Default Swiss M1882 Revolvers...

Just added the 2nd. Swiss Model 1882 revolver to my gun safe...

Now I need to find that rare Bicycle Corps. variation with the fixed, large loop loop lanyard at the bottom of the grip.

Both of these are commercial revolvers...with a "P" preceeding the serial numbers. Finish on both is original and all parts match. Major Vogelsang stamped both...

Hey Pete,

Those are neat revolvers. I love the mixture of late 1800's and early 1900's design. It's one of the most interesting era's to me. The firearms transitions were suttle in some ways yet extreme and innovative in others.
