Default Need help on a new acquisition (Mauser model 10 6.35 cal)

Hello,
I just picked up a beautiful Mauser model 10 6.35 cal pistol. The gun is really nice in about 97% condition (built in 1924).

I really have a problem in that I have no idea how to take this thing down. Anyone have any experience with these? I see the take down at the front of the pistol, but where to go from there? Also need help on how to take off the wood grips.

Also, I got two mags with the gun. One works great, the other is okay, except when the slide is open, I pull the mag out, the slide closes. The other mag (that seems to work okay), is the opposite. What's wrong with the mag that snaps the slide shut?

All help is greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Kelly
