Yeah, I saw that listing. Some of the worst photos I've come across on GB. Plus, the "description" is a little lacking. And 1 mil? They say they are asking 2.2 mil? Gotta be joking. Plus its a single shot 22. The whole thing appears to be a scam of sorts.

I sent the seller a question:
"Are you stupid or a kid?" No reply.

After looking at it and reading the description, I can see why they only made 5 total.......perhaps that was 4 too many!!

This is NOT a Luger pistol and was not manufactured by any of the firms that did make Lugers. This is a one-off creation that was either made completely from scratch, OR the conversion of some non-gun toy model that is now a .22 caliber “zip-gun”. I would be very afraid of this device and wouldn’t give a dollar for it, let alone a million dollars.

Back in the day they made a .22 conversion for the Luger pistol. It was in a box with a place milled out of the wood for each part. It consisted of a barrel insert, magazine and a breechblock to handle the .22 LR. I remember a fellow club member had one for sale for $37. He brought it to our meetings for quite a while. I don't know if he ever sold it. This was of course a long time ago. The early 1960s to be exact.
