But then their ranks allow them to be that way (you can get away with a lot before making SGT)

I doubt that; those were MP's and if they were MY MP's they'd trust me and I'd trust them.

So kicking their butts a bit comes with being a platoon sergeant; and they'd expect it.

PS: I'd tell them later that they did have some good film techniques and dance moves for being crazy guys.
