4th pic looks like a P38

Initially, I thought it might be a trap -- NR seller posts a few gun pix that he collected on the internet, at the end of auction buyer sends him money, and lost 100%. But this ad is probably not the case, he did have another P38 for sale and simply posted pictures carelessly.
