After receiving positive comments regarding authenticity from two collectors and friends in Finland, I bought the medal shown below. I was impressed by the detail and accuracy with which the Lugers were presented on the medal; even the grip checkering is evident.

I have seen a couple of these offered for sale and have been real tempted to bid...but it always seems like there is something else competing for my money so I still don't have one. Congratulations on your purchase, I think it is a neat addition to a Finnish collection.
